hi guys
the flow posted below works, but it works from my email account. i dont want the company to use the form and then get a response from my email account.
also it works to send my manager an email but i cant get it to work to send the submitter of the form's manager an approval email.
what am i doing wrong?

In order to have the emails sent from someone other than yourself you have a number of options:
Regarding you issue with the approver, you should remove the Get My Profile action. In the configuration of the Get Manager action, you should use the email address of the person who submitted the from. This is available to you via Dynamic properties. You should continue to use Mail from Dynamic properties for the Get Manager action for the approver.
If you need additional help, just ask.

thank you very much for getting back to me, when you say "use service account" do you mean to log in with that to flow.microsoft.com and rebuild my flow from scratch? or can i just modify the connecter inside my exisiting flow as you see on the screenshots when it comes to the sending email part in the flow?

To use a service account, you won't need to rebild the Flow. You'll need to create a new connection - click on the elipses at the top right of the action and click on Add new connection. Then, follow the prompts. You'll need to user logon info for the service account including the password. The email will be sent from the account used for the connection - i.e. the service account.

I do not see the email address in the dynamic content. see my screenshot.
I think im cursed 😛 , when i try to create a new connection for the mail sending step it gives me this ugly looking piece of code.
Place the Get Manager action inside the loop immediately after the Get Response details action. The email address of the person who submitted the form will be available from Dynamic properties for the Get Response Details action.
You do not need to create a new connection for the send an email notification action. It will show as being from "PowerApps or Flow".
sorry sir, i know my questions must sound dumb.
but when i place the get manager trigger directly after the get response in "apply to each 2" flow it does not give the option to select the submitter's email from dynamic properties.
also if i dont create a new connection how will the flow know not to use my work account to send the email but use the service account email instead? if i log into that account into flow.microsoft.com then i need to create the flow from scratch. if i try to add the connection to that action it gives me that funny looking error/website i posted in previous comments.
Please scroll down a bit in Dynamic properties and look for Responders Email- it should be there unless the survey is configured not to collect the responders email. Your survey is saving the email of the responder as you show it in other screen shots.

We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.
