Great overview!

I'm interested in finding a way to customize the Statuses so that they are weighted with percentages for each one. I am trying to modify the status collection (I think) so that my Optional Status 1-3 also have percentages associated with them. I know the “Done” status is by default the 100% and then divided by the number of Work Items for each milestone. What I’m trying to do is make Option Status 1 (“Needs Signature”) = 80%, Option Status 2 (“In Progress”) = 40%, and Option Status 3 (“New”) = 4%. I’m having trouble finding the table or collection to modify. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
