I have a few questions if you could answer.

Why do you have separate lists for just a couple of columns?, the ones that the galleries shows.

Couldn't you have all the data in the same list with different columns and just use the same list as datasource of the galleries but showing different colums.

And could you make a button for "Add a new element" that lets you create a new element for the list being used in the gallerie?
