AI Builder - Form Processing Tagging for multiple pages doesn't show complete page

Hi, we have a multi page invoice pdf with a table of Items. We added the examples to a document set and wanted to tag the document. But the AI Builder Interface only shows 2/3 of the first page and apparently overlays it with the second page. The auto-tagging recognizes the complete table, i.e. the data is there, it is just not shown in my browser. I tried zooming in and out and this indeed shows more or less of the page, but never the whole page. We also tried different browser but with the same results.

In this screenshot you see how the first page is cut off by the second page. Is there any way to display the complete pages?

Same issue. Selecting the right-most resize button allowed me to view and tag the full pages of most documents, but this did not work for one document, even after re-uploading. Also this does not allow me to zoom-in to tag the parts of the pages that are cut-off when it is not resized.

Hi @schphi ,

Thanks for reaching out - Could you please try to create your model with Unstructured documents type and see if you have a better result?

We have discovered an issue regarding the display/rendering of multi-page PDFs. Our team is actively working on resolving it, but at this time, I am unable to provide an estimated time for when it will be fixed.

Thanks for your patience.

I created a model for unstructured documents and is having issues tagging info in multiple-page PDFs under the same tag. Tagging multiple texts at once only works if it is on the same page.

Has anyone figured this out?  I am having the same issue.

Hi @steelers4582

Hi, I am gettting the same problem as is shown on #8 message:

When I continue tagging on the same page of pdf I can easily do it.

But if I try to do that on different pages of the same document (as shown), there is no button "Continue tagging". How to handle that?

Hi @mar_zig ,

I still encountered the same issue. I still cannot click "Continue tagging" if I'm to move to a new page of the document. Unfortunately, I don't have a solution as our team had moved on to create whatever is needed with a different solution.

@plarrue

Hey, any news on this? Unfortunately, I also can't tag information if it spans across two pages, for example, the end of Page 2 and the beginning of Page 3.

We would really appreciate any information.

Best

Hi @AlsnY ,

Unfortunately you can't tag fields that spans across two or more pages.

Philippe
