I have rebuilt the flow for Document Automation Email Importer som it starts with Added rows to the table Email Messages, instead of new email in the Inbox. I then list rows from the Attachment table(activitymimeattachments) that have the _objectid_value eq to the Email Message id and mimetype eq 'application/pdf'. For each attachment I then follow the flow for Document Automation Email Importer, except that I had to change the Content in "Upload document" to "base64ToBinary(items('For_each_attachment')?['body'])" so it did not fail.
It works somewhat, but stops in the flow "Document Automation Processor" at action "Get model to use" with the error
"The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Get_model_to_use' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid. Error details: The resolved string values for the following parameters are invalid, they may not be null or empty: 'recordId'"
I can see in the app that fields like "Document name" and "File type" is empty.

It seems like the Row ID of the "Get model to use" step is empty (which is the Document Automation Configuration lookup of the Document Automation Processing).
Can you please check if you have any row in the "Document Automation Configuration" table?

This flow works great when I run it from the Outlook inbox. It is when I try to get the content from the Dataverse table that it fails

I have kind of started with a simpler flow that gives me the same challenge. I'm attaching two flows here. The one that triggers from Outlook works fine, but the one that triggers from Dataverse does not.

The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can.
