Extract_information_from_invoices - A timeout has occurred while sending a message to the backend

Back in July 2022 I built a very basic flow to see if the "Extract_information_from_invoices" function could help with our invoice processing. I tested it with PDFs from 8 different suppliers and each time the flow succeeded and retrieved some useful data.

For reasons I won't go into we didn't implement the flow at that time, but we are looking to implement it now. Unfortunately, it is now failing with the message "A timeout has occurred while sending a message to the backend" on some invoices, in some cases it will process an invoice successfully once but then if you try the same one again it might fail. Obviously, we can't run with this if the results are unreliable.

we have the same problem. Our model was trained in 08-09/2022 and worked flawlessly until 01/2023.

Now every second run with the same invoices runs on error with the error message:

Every other run works.
We hope for a timely resolution of the issue.

Hello, I have opened a ticket with Microsoft Support about this issue. You might want to do the same, they are already on the topic but need more input. I had an appointment with support within 24h. They got LogFiles and screenshots. Maybe the bug can be fixed faster that way.

I have my solution in 3 environments. I am getting error just in our dev environment, the same flows inside another enviroments (test and prod) working just fine 🤔
