Hello,
I have a flow with 3 conditions added, if its more than 24 hours that the order status is not modified and its still new order created it will send an email but also it needs to send to a specific email address per province, please take note I have 10 provinces.
I am getting this message but when I test it succeeded - ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisfied. The execution of template action 'Send_an_email_(V2)' skipped: the branching condition for this action is not satisfied.
That message is under condition when sending an email.
Thank you!

@djreyes I'd like you to take a step back and look at your flow and try to understand what you've built so far. I would actually recommend sticking with the Classic Designer as the New Designer is still buggy.
Get Items: This action is returning a list of SP items.
Apply to Each: This action is looping through each item returned from the Get Items action. The 1 of 1 displayed at the top of the action means that you are looping through a single item. If you used a Filter Query in the Get Items action to reduce the number of items being returned (highly recommended) the conditions you put in your query only matched 1 item. Or, if you've limited the Top Count to 1, then it will only loop through 1 item anyway.
Province Compose: This action is holding the Province Value of the Current Item being looped through.
Order Status Value Compose: This action is holding the Order Status Value of the Current Item being looped through.
Condition Action: You are using this condition action to check the condition of the Current Item being looped through.
However, from a previous screenshot you shared of the output of the Compose action this is what the results were. I've indicated in red where the conditions are false. Your condition action returned a false value because TWO of the three conditions you set are false.

Your requirement is the following:
I have a flow with 3 conditions added, if its more than 24 hours that the order status is not modified and its still new order created it will send an email but also it needs to send to a specific email address per province, please take note I have 10 provinces.
I recommend you start your flow from scratch as your current logic is actually incorrect. First, you need to use the Get Items action to filter out the items that match your conditions. You want to do this first to reduce the amount of items you are looping through. It's not efficient to return ALL SharePoint items and loop through each one and run a check.
When building flows—especially if you are new. Try to build and test at each step to better understand what's going on in your flow rather than trying to build the entire flow and troubleshoot after.
Start with a Manual Trigger in your flow. You can replace this with the Recurrence Trigger later on.
For my example I'm going to Use this Team Task List. I don't have the same columns as you do—however, this will hopefully help to better illustrate the concept.
I have a total of 21 items in my list. Instead of returning all items I only want to return items that are marked In Progress and have a Due Date that has past. If I filter my list by In Progress tasks there are 6, and only 4 are past the due date.
For demonstration purposes, I'm only going to filter by the Status column first. Click the Show advanced options to reveal the Filter Query field.
In your case you need to filter items with new order created as the Order Status. You will need to use the internal column name of your Order Status column. Keep in mind that the internal column name may not always match the name displayed in your Sharepoint list. If you aren't sure how to get the Internal Column name, you can refer to this section of one of my YT Tutorials.
Use the eq operator for equals to. Enter the value in between single quotes. This value is CASE SENSITIVE.
Whenever I use a Filter Query in a Get Items action, I always like to return the count of items returned in a Compose action. This is helpful when building a flow and can also be used to troubleshoot your flow.
Insert a Compose action. Add an Expression. Use the length() function.
Select the Dynamic content tab and insert the value dynamic content from the Get Items action into the length() function.
Run a test. Review the output of the Compose action to ensure it is what you are expecting.
I'll adjust my filter query to only include items where the Due Date has already past.
When I run another test, the Compose action now outputs 4—which is correct.
..... more to come.
How do you plan to evaluate if 24 hours has past? Are you looking to compare the time from when the item was created to when the flow has run? How often do you plan on running your flow?
To troubleshoot your condition action you should add a few Compose actions before the Condition action and insert the dynamic content you are evaluating in your Condition action. Run a test and view the outputs of the Compose action to see if they are what you are expecting.
Because you are using the is equal to operator in a couple of conditions, it's looking for an exact match. If the dynamic content output isn't matching the values you've manually inputted into the second value field of the condition row—it will return false.

I added Compose and put Province Code Value as the dynamic content but its saying now that its not specified.
Should I add Order Status as well as a dynamic value?
@djreyes First, I'd recommend switching to the Classic Designer. The New Designer is still buggy. From your screenshot above, it looks like whatever dynamic content you put in the Compose action is outputting nothing. The purpose of the Compose actions are to view the output the dynamic content you are using in your Condition action—to troubleshoot it.
Sorry, I am not following. This is what I have now.
First Condition:
@djreyes No worries. If you take a look at this section of my YT Tutorial I cover how to troubleshoot a Condition action. In your case, I'm suggesting you place a Compose action above the Condition action for each dynamic content you are using in your Condition action. This way you can verify the output of the Compose actions and compare those to the values you've inputted into your Condition action.
Tip: Rename your Compose action so you know which dynamic content is stored in which Compose action.
Run a test, and compare the output of the Compose action to the values you've entered here.
Thank you, I did add 2 but still getting an the message.
@djreyes In your Condition action you have listed out three conditions.
The length() expression you have will return the total number of items from the Get Items action. Because you didn't rename your Compose actions, I'm not sure what value you have in the first Compose action (Compose 4) however, from the screenshot you've shared, this value is null.
I'm not sure what dynamic content you put in the second compose action (Compose) the output of that is Arrived at site.
So the Condition is outputting the correct value based on your conditions.
This is why your Condition action is returning false. Hope that clears things up.
Thank you so much for your patience and I am sorry for keep asking but I am not following.
Still the same parameters, I cant really figure it out.
