Adding multiple IDs in cc_Send an email _Need help in a flow

Hi,

I used a flow similar to the one in below you tube link :

My requirement is -

I have an excel with table which, I need to send in the email body to recipients in TO mail column.

Here the criteria should be --> When I filter for 1 mail ID from the TO mail Column I will get a filtered array, that array should be coming as table in email body, also all the available mail IDs in CC mail Column should get added in cc while sending email

Excel table be like below for example (only giving example for the TO and CC Column, other column headers are also present which I am not putting below, they should come in email body) -

TO mail:        CC mail                        remaining Columns also presents

user1                    ccUser1

user1                    ccUser2

user1                    ccUser3

user2                    ccUser2

user2                    ccUser4

etc.................

my flow while sending emails should work as below -

Since I have only 2 users in TO mail Column while running the flow for this example there will be only 2 separate emails that gets send with an HTML table in the body -

Number of emails will depend on how many unique email IDs I have in TO mail Column

Mail 1

To : user1

cc: ccUser1; ccUser2; ccUser3 

Body: HTML table filtered for user1

Mail 2

To : user2

cc: ccUser2; ccUser4;  

Body: HTML table filtered for user2

The flow I created is exactly same as given in you tube link but I am not able to add the CC requirement. Can you please help me to get the cc requirement also added in my flow please?

Your Filter using each email returns the rows that contain your CC emails. So, directly after that you can have a Select and then Join as shown below. Note that I've used Text mode for the Select (see arrow on screenshot).

Note that the expression used in the Select is below.

item()?['ccEmail']

//ccEmail would be whatever the name of your CC field is

The output of the Join would something like that below. So, you can use the output from the Join in your Send an email CC field.

emailCC1@email.com;emailCC2@email.com;emailCC3@email.com

Thank you so much for the help.

Just want I needed, to add your solution, we may get multiple ids in Join CC if there is duplication of IDs hence between the Select and Join we could insert one more action using "Compose" to 'Get Unique CC ids' and the join the output of 'Get Unique CC ids' in Join
