Approval flow and reassign notification

I need help with my approval flow. 

Scenario: I have 4 document approvers, and they have four different folders in the document library. I created four approval flows for each approver. I have switched on the versioning settings, and this is the structure.

Requirement: My requirement is when the creator uploads the document in the folder, the approver of the folder should get approval post adaptive card only ( No email notification ), and that approver can Accept, Reject or Reassign the document to another approver.
Requirement fulfilled: My approval flow is working completely fine. the approvers are getting postcards and can approve or reject the document. The content approval status is also being updated in SharePoint.
Problem and query: When the approver reassigns the document to another approver, he does not get any notification or postcard. My question is, Is it possible that if the first approver reassigns the document from the approval app, the other person gets notified via only the team post adaptive card and His approval flow starts running, or if he can reassign it from the postcard and the other person gets informed, and his approval flow starts running.

Also, I tried to customize the adaptive card; the reassignment button is working. Still, I have no idea how I can put four approvers' emails as a choice button in this adaptive card so that the approver can select the reassign option and choose the reassigned approver. The chosen approver gets the notification via postcard.

This is not something I have implemented, but see: Capturing a reassigned approval flow from the Common Data Service (CDS): Part 1 – SharePointCass and Find the current and previous user of a reassigned approval flow from the Common Data Service (CDS):...

This is going to be too complex for a beginners, and will require the premium Dataverse connector. The article uses the legacy CDS connector before it was updated to the Dataverse connector so you will need to translate between the old and new connector and terminology.

When you use the reassign button does it show up in the new assignee's approvals? If so could you share your json?

I'm trying to customize a card, my reassign button works in that it is clickable and gives the response when clicked, but it doesn't actually reassign or do any thing with the approval.
