Assistance with PDF HTML (Boarders and Dynamic Image)

Below is a piece of a Power Automate flow PDF conversion from an SP List, created in an SP Library. 

I was able to identify a specific image for the header.

I have not been able to do the same with dynamic content. The files (images) are stored in an SP Library. The file names match the employee FullName in SP List.

PDF Legend:
1 - There should be NO boards on the top, and the content in the table should be centered
2 - Can dynamic (based on employee FullName) image be displayed here

Flow Legend:
1 - Header Image Content
2 - CSS Compose
3 - CSS2 Compose
4 - Create HTML Table
5 - Compose (Header and Profile sections)
6. - Compose 2 (Certification Table section)

I've got a library with a number of images. In this example I've only got one image that matches the person's name.

For the image see the following flow. I'll go into each of the actions.

Initialize variable stores the employee's name which will be the same name as the image in my library.

Get file content using path retrieves the image using the variable above. It uses the following expression. This assumes that all my images are of type jpg.

concat('/EmployeeImages/', variables('employeeName'), '.jpg')

Compose builds out the image using the base64 encoding.

<img src="data:@{body('Get_file_content_using_path')?['$content-type']};base64,@{body('Get_file_content_using_path')?['$content']}" />

And finally, I add the image to my email. It should be essentially the same process for you when adding to HTML and converting to PDF.

Is this a dynamic action, as you've hardcoded the employee name into the 'Initialize variable'?

Won't this ONLY return the image assoicated with the hardcoded name in the variable, regardless of the name of the individual associated with the profile?

Also, the same image is available in a picture/hyperlink column in the Employee List with the rest of the data.

Does this matter?

Is there a way to get the associated pic from the SP List based on the 'ID' of the item in the List?

Sorry, forgot to mention that you would just need to use your FullName field in place of the variable I used in this example.
