Automate PDF Import from Networkdrive in Sharepoint with Variable Folder

Hello Everybody,

I am currently in the process of learning a little about Sharepoint and Flow.
The goal is to automatically import the PDF files that are currently stored manually into the appropriate folders via Flow.

Currently: PDF files are stored in network drives and manually assigned to projects.

Goal: Save PDF files to Sharepoint or OneDrive and add them to the appropriate folders via Flow.

The files are structured as follows: "RG 0123456 Name.pdf" and should be placed in the Sharepoint directory "P.01234567.01/Path/"RG 0123456 Name.pdf".

For a start, however, it would also be possible to store the files directly in OneDrive/Sharepoint and automate from there with Flow.

However, I wouldn't know how and where to set the variable to make it work, but the requirement should be realizable with Flow, right?

Yes is perfectly doable in Power Automate. If I understand correctly, you would only need the following steps:

I'm triggering manually, but you could schedule it. After that, you fetch all files in a folder and then save them in OneDrive.

Hello,

the Basic Flow is alright. But with the Dynamic Content for the FolderPath im Still confused.

For testing purposes I want to realize this only in the sharepoint for the time being.

Actually only the path should be compared with the filename, if the query returns the value "True" this should be copied into the folder.

But I have as manual flow as dynamic content in the FolderPath only username, latitude etc. No folder names.
I will try to test the next week more intensively.
