Automated email based off of a sharepoint excel file

I am trying to do the following with Power Automate

1) Run a report every Monday at 9am that does the following

2) Connect to a excel spreadsheet stored in SharePoint

3) Extract a list of values where the column "Enter Todays Date" is todays date or 5 days prior (Date format is Month/Day/Year) but from what I can gather its stored in Epoch time

4) Email the list of values to a selected group of users in one email.

I can do items 1,2 just fine.  4 Works but it sends individual emails I want it all in one email.   I cannot seem to get #3 figured out to save my life.  Any assistance would be great.  Thank you!

@mweb Can you share a screenshot of your Excel table? Are you currently using a filter query in the List Rows Present in a table action? If not, I'd recommend using a filter query. This way you are filtering out the rows from your Excel table before you loop through them.

In your List Rows action, have you gone into the Advanced options and set the date format to ISO8601?

If you don't, you'll end up with Excel's screwy date format.

@mweb In order to filter your items by the Enter Todays Date column of your table, you'll need to remove the spaces in the column header text. Also, ensure that your data is formatted into a table. 

Can you clarify the date you are looking to filter your data by? I'm a bit unclear on what you mean by: 

"Enter Todays Date" is todays date or 5 days prior

Do you want to filter out items where the date in this column is equal to today's date? Or 5 days prior to today's date? or both?

Good morning,

Sorry I am looking for records where its the less than or equal to todays day - 5 days.  This report would run on Monday so I would be looking for any records submitted Thursday - Monday (current day).  Not sure if that would be 4 or 5 days but thats what I would want to narrow my criteria down to.

As far as formatting the data to a table will that affect the incoming data which is being populated by Microsoft Forms?  Thank you for all your help with this!
