Automating Marketing Lists

We have been experimenting with a concept for a new flow and would welcome some advice. Our firm runs Office 365 E3, Dynamics 365 Sales, and have made use of certain Azure resources (Ex. Azure SQL Databases). Our firm has many software power users, but most development work is done externally. Accordingly, we prefer low development or no development solutions to our objective, which is to automate the addition of new contacts to our marketing list, based on who contacts us and who we contact.

The high level requirements for this objectives have been defined as follows:

1) Identify all email addresses that send emails to users in our domain.

2) Identify all email addresses that receive emails from users in our domain.

3) If an email address exists in 1) and 2), then add the email address to our Dynamics 365 Marketing List.

If anyone has thoughts, we would be greatly appreciative.

Hi @petrosk,

Where do you place all the email addresses? I mean you need something like a contact list stored in a database, such as Azure SQL database. Then you could get all the email addresses from the contact list, using a condition to check if the coming email address exists in the contact list or not. If yes, add the email address to the Dynamics 365 Marketing list.
