Build a flow with HTTP request to powerapps to get history of comments

Hello!

So I've seen people doing this but havent found a clear explanation of how to do it.

I got this problem with powerapps that it wont get the comment history from sharepoint list with timestamps and username.

Someone said "You can use the "Send an HTTP request to SharePoint".  For the URI you need to use "_api/web/lists/GetByTitle([ListName])/items[ID]/Version. "

Where do I find the items [ID] and what should be before this in the flow? "Get items" maybe?

I really appreciate your help, this function is critical for my app,

Hi @Anonymous,

The item ID you could find in the SharePoint list, you simply needs to select this column from the Modify View screen to view it.

Go to Ribbon > Click on Modify View > Check the ID column

It is a number column created by system, for example, the URI could be:

_api/web/lists/GetByTitle('ListName')/items(2)/Versions

Also, you could use the Get items to get ID and put it into the URI:

Hi @Anonymous,

The Headers and Body are no need.

 And please paste the expression into the Uri:

_api/web/lists/GetByTitle('ListName')/items(2)/Versions

The dynamic content ID, should be put into the items()

Ok.

But when this is done, is the rest of my flow correct? How do I implement this into powerapps?

When I test the flow it seems to succeed but when I look in powerapps there still is no comment history, just the lastest comments.
