Building a new flow to auto-populate a list with content from another list

Good afternoon everyone,

I'm trying to build a flow to get information from one list and populate another list each time a new item is created. List #1 contains basic information about activities that should be completed as part of onboarding new employees. All the details about each activity (there are 20 of them) are contained in one column called Description. List #2 is a list used to track the completion of activities contained in List #1. 

The purpose of the flow I want to build is that each time a new item is created in List #2 (this would happen each time a new employee name is included), the flow will get the content of the Description column in List #1 and populate the corresponding fields (Onboarding Act #x) in List #2. Below is a partial screenshot of the fields in List #2:

I started building the flow but got stuck with the Get Items functions. I should note I'm pretty new to Power Automate.

I'd really appreciate it if somebody could shed some light on this. 

By the way, my first option was using a Look Up function with List #2 using List#1 as the source, but building a flow to auto-populate the list would considerably increase the efficiency of my team.

Do you want to Description column in List 1 to the Description column of the new created item in List 2?

Could you please tell me that:

1). how you configure the completed flow, expand it and show me the details?

2). If both Description column are the same column type, Single-line-of-text?

3). What is the primary key between list1 and list2? employee name column? Is it Person type?

If so, I have a test for your reference.

In my scenario, Title is the primary key that both List 1 and List 2 shares it, OwnerEmail and UserEmail are both Text column, just as the Description column in your scenario.

Here is a simple demo for your reference:

My lists interact a bit differently from what you described in your scenario. Below is an example of List #1. This list is used just as an information source.

Whenever I create a new item in List #2, I want the flow to get all the information contained in the column "Description" from List #1 and populate it in the corresponding fields in List #2 as follows:

The information contained in the "Description" column in List #1 is Single-Line-of-Text type.

 I tried making different changes to the Filter Array function in the model you proposed, but it won't work. Maybe a different approach?
