Building flow that can search a list of dates in an excel column and send email if date is present

Hi, fairly new to flows here and I am having trouble building a flow that can search for a date in an excel column and if todays date is present, send an email.  The email part I can handle. It's the trigger part that is not working out.  In my department, we use business days to trigger processes.  For example, on BD1, we send out emails to the teams asking them to submit their project data no later than noon BD6.  A challenge is that business days change each month based on weekends and holidays.  To get around this, I made an excel table that contains a list of the 6th business day for each month of the year.  I have that list uploaded to sharepoint and now I want to create a flow that searches for todays date in that excel column labeled "date" and if today's date is found, send an email.  I will type my recipients directly into the email portion so need to call data from a second column.

I have a flow working incorrectly,  because it is sending me an email daily even though todays date will only be present once each month.  I tried using terminator but that did not work. The flow is set to run each day but should technically only succeed once a month when that 6th business day is present in the excel column.  I will put picture of my flow below.  I have 12 dates in the spreadsheet but only one will match each month.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Jamep2

Could you please share the sample data return by "List rows present in a table" from flow run instance? I am not sure why have you set top & skip parameter. Any specific reason 🤔

Hi there, thanks for the reply. I will attach photos from the test for your review.  As to the skip...here was my thinking.  The flow works but it sends me continuous email after email.  I received 17 emails before I turned off the flow.  So not really being very experienced with power automate, I figured I would try telling it to skip 11 of the 12 entries and hopefully this would produce only one email.  It actually worked and it sent only one however the next day, I received another email even though that date is not present in the spreadsheet so therefore no match for todays date would have been found.  No explanation for this that I can think of.  The other thing I would like to solve for is how to insert a due date in the body of the email that is capable of ignoring holidays and weekends as well. For instance, if the recipient receives the email on Sunday, I would like the flow to insert Mondays date which would be business day 7.

Correction to my last sentence.  In addition to my problem of sending an email if todays date is found in an excel column I would also like to solve for adding a due to the body of the text.  If the recipient receives the email on Friday, which is business day 5, the due date would be Tuesday, which is BD7.  I need the dynamic date to ignore Sunday and Monday as well as any holidays and insert a due date of 2 business days later.

Ok, I was able to solve the issue by adding a compose before the get list item with function to pull todays date.  I removed the skip count and instead used the query field to says if Date column in excel equals the date from the compose field, which will always be todays date, then send email.  That produced only one email which is great.  Now wondering if I need to add a second column to the spreadsheet with the due dates manually and add another compose to pull that date so I can just use an expression in the body of the email to drop the due date in there that way.   This is all I can think of to make sure the email send date and due dates don't fall on a weekend or holiday.

I do however have another working flow that calculates the business days correctly without the use of a spreadsheet and accounts for weekends but does not account for holidays.  If there was a way to build that in without having to use a spreadsheet that would be awesome but the problem is, my job does not observe all U.S. holidays so I don't think I can even point to a J-son file to exclude those. For instance, we do not get presidents day, columbus day or verterans day.
