Capturing overall response of all must approve workflow

Hi,

I am building a flow where the requirement is all must approve. I was able to achieve this using Microsoft flow. I was able to get the summary of all the responses and copy into multiline text field. However, how can I capture the overall outcome of the approval? Below is what I have so far. I tried using the Outcome Dynamic variable but it doesn't tell me whether the overall request is approved or rejected.

Besides the summary of overall response, I would like to capture whether it is approved or rejected.

Please advise.

Conditions are how you would capture this data as it makes it's way through the approval process. Basically, each time you want to capture data through the process, you add another condition, and when that condition is "true," it updates wherever you're capturing the data. As an example, here's some basic logic (not code):

When an item is updated
If Status = Rejected 
Then Update Rejected SharePoint List and Capture: Date/Time, Approver, Notes

• Add a condition to a flow
• Apply to Each

• Use expressions in conditions to check multiple values

Could you share more details on your scenario?

Do you want to know whether a response has been approved or not?

Please consider adding a Condition to check whether the Response summary contains Reject, if yes, send me a mobile notification.

Thank you for your response.  I tried your approach and below is what I see after all the approvers approve. It copies each individual response as approve, approve. How can we  capture overall outcome? 

In the approval Status column it populates each individual response as Approve, Approve

Do you want to update a column if all the approvers approved the response with “Approve”, otherwise, update it with “Reject”?

Which dynamic content are you using for approval status column?

Please try to use Response (the overall response to the request) instead of Responses Approver response (if you are using this).

Yes,  what you are descibing is my requirement but looks like I can't achieve this using Flow for the case of Everyone must approve.
