Check if the primary key of the Excel table is a match with the primary key the a Dataverste table.

Dear community,

I have a table in Excel filled with 4900 records and it has a primary column called PersNo. I also have a Dataverste table with 4900

records that has also a primary column called PersNo.

I would like a flow that reads the table in Excel and checks if the primary column PersNo in the Excel Table match the primary column Persno in the Dataverse Table if the condition is True then do something. How can i archieve this and what to put in the condition:

@PeKi72 Instead of using an Apply to Each to loop through each item in your Excel table and then run a Condition check to see if there is a match, it's a lot more efficient to use a Filter Array action. This way you can first filter out the items that match your condition—then loop through those items to run additional actions.

I would like to check how many rows is returning in the Compose action

There are 4698 records in my Excel table but the compose returns 46978 !

I have used this expression in the compose: 

length(body('Lid_worden'))

@PeKi72 You are using the length() function on the Join action. The Join action returns a string of text separated by a separator (in your case a comma). 

You need to return the length of either the List Rows Present in a Table or Select action. These actions return arrays.

Oke now i have the items of the column PersonalID of the excellist (9431 records)

and the items of the column PersonalID of the dataverse list (4698 records)

4607 records are in the dataverse table are matching with the excellist.

How can i save the items in column Computer in the excellist to the column Computer  in the dataverse list of

the records that are matching?

let me rephrase the question: How can i save the items in column Computer in the Excel list to the column Computer in the Dataverse list of the records that are matching in the filter
