Classifying Condition Does Not Work

Hello Community,

I am currently building a model that integrates AI Builder in Power Automate; what I'm trying to do with this flow is to automate the process of extracting the information from certain contracts, and add this information into an Excel table called XYZ, only if the model presents a confidence level of more than 85%; however, if the model shows a lower confidence level it should add the information to another excel table named ABC and send an email alert letting people know about the low confidence level.

I have run into a big issue, since there are different types of contracts, in this case 3, when a contract that does not contain all the variables that the most complex contract has, the model does not work, and shows that it got a NULL; to solve this issue I thought that the best idea was to play with the conditions, and what I have been doing is to plan the layout of the flow with this new conditions; however I do not know yet, how to tell Power Automate the following:

"If the document uploaded has the following variables CDEFG, it is true, if it does not contain all of them, it is false"

I currently have it formulated like this:

If the "Headers" contain "Administrative Fee"(Which is the unique variable the 1st type of contract has) it is true, if it does not have it, it is false, but as soon as I run the model, it cannot run because it says that "An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded."

Could you please help me creating this condition?

Thanks!

Hi @Jrodriguezcamar

If you want to compare the values extracted from AI model, get those values one by one dynamically from content window & set on the left side of each item in condition action. On the right side of each step, you need to enter the plain text to compare with. If there are multiple items in the condition, join those using 'OR' operator.

If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

Hi @Jrodriguezcamar

Could you please share the error screenshot? Also, specify the list of checks used in the "Condition" action.

Of course, here is the screenshot of the error,

And here is what I'm using in the condition,

As you can see here, I'm trying to make the model understand that if any of the variables detected by the AI model is "Administrative Fee" which is the different variable, make the condition positive, but if it does not detect that variable within the analysis, make it false; I don't know if I'm not doing something right, I think that I'm not referencing; however I'm using the value Headers,

Hi Manish!

First of all, I wanted to thank you for your help, I also connected with you on LinkedIn, It'll be great if we can connect!

Going back to the Power Automate Flow, this is my AI Model, as you can see, I basically want the model when a file is uploaded to a folder in SharePoint to read through the file, and be able to markup or highlight the attributes that you can see listed on the right side of the screenshot, and then in the flow, what I'm trying to do is to create that process; however the file extraction works, the model works, but when it comes down to the condition where Power Automate needs to read to what the AI model extracted to determine which type of contract is, whether type 1,2 or 3, depending on the content and variables, it doesn't work, and I had to classify the contracts because otherwise if I only use condition for all the contracts when I upload a contract that does not have all the same elements that I added in the condition, it will mark it as a null, and the model won't run either

When you mean that I should get those values one by one, how can I do that in the flow, I currently have this:

As soon as I run it, this pops up,
