Completing forms on a daily basis

Yes of coarse I can. I must have been distracted and closed off my question without further attention.

Like you suggested I'm using Microsoft Forms. I created a form with a few questions to help me collecting data on a daily basis. Today I have to remind myself to open the form each day.

The scenario I'm thinking about is a way where I won't have to remind myself because the flow does it for me. It would help me if … on a fixed hour of the day (let's say 21h30) the form would pop up on my mobile to collect the information. After completing the form, the data would be transferred to an Excel file for further analysis.

I found the way to do the last step of transferring to Excel but I'm missing the beginning and the body of my scenario. I don't know what the best way would be to make the form pop up on my mobile and how to trigger the transfer of data after completion of the form.

Thanks for updating.

We could run a flow on a fixed hour of the day by using the trigger Recurrence. However, I am afraid that it would be not possible to have the form popped up on your mobile to collect the information.

When working with Microsoft Forms, we do only have the action Get response details which could be only used after the trigger When a response is submitted.

Please consider submitting a request on Flow Ideas Forum to request adding more actions on Microsoft forms at here:

Besides, please try if the following workaround will work for you. You may have to consider using PowerApps for your scenario.

Frist, create a flow with trigger Recurrence to send a push notification in PowerApps at the fixed time. About how to send a notification from a flow in PowerApps, please check the following doc at here:

Then you need to create an app so that you could open it from the notification then submit data to Microsoft Forms.

Thanks for the insight and responses. I have a similar issue. In my case, I want the daily completion of the form to be enforced. While the staff is allowed to complete the form the next day, but they must complete yesterday's first. For example, the staff can complete 2/1/XX form on 2/2/XX, but before 2/2/XX form is filled 2/1/XX form must be filled and completed. I also want to be able to see how many days in the month have been completed. For example, if no missing days in the month of January, I should see 31.  I appreciate your time and response
