Connecting to XML from ECB (FX Rates)

Hi all,

I very new to using Power Automate, but I would really like to create a SharePoint List, which gets updated every night with the currency exchange rates of a variety of currencies.

I have found this excellent blog regarding this, which I have been trying to follow step by step:

However, I do not know what I am doing wrong, but the flow does not actually enter the data into my SharePoint List:

I have had it running, and it tells me it is successful, so I guess the steps until "Condition" is correct:

I will also share the last part as I had problems with finding out whether it was the right way to connect my SharePoint List:

In the blog SQL is used, but I need to use a SharePoint List.

I hope I have provided some of the key information for you to tell me what I am doing wrong, if not excuse me as I am new to Automate.

Can you copy and paste the expression you are using in your condition? n the screenshot you shared, it looks like you are using thrillions of '@' characters leading it, which sounds wrong for me... that's why I am asking if you can copy and paste in text format and share it in this thread.

Please note the Condition action block User Interface has changed dramatically, so the way you are adding your expression is not valid anymore. I am on my way back home, as soon as I am again with my laptop I will suggest you the way to proceed

The expression you want to evaluate in your condition is:

and(contains(createArray(1, 2, 3, 4, 5,6,7,8,9), dayOfWeek(variables('DateToday'))), not(contains(variables('TargetClosingDays'), variables('DateToday'))))

With the new Condition User Interface, you first have to split and/or terms:

contains(createArray(1, 2, 3, 4, 5,6,7,8,9), dayOfWeek(variables('DateToday')))

and

not(contains(variables('TargetClosingDays'), variables('DateToday')))

Once done, you have to split each term in two:

1st term:

createArray(1, 2, 3, 4, 5,6,7,8,9) 

contains

dayOfWeek(variables('DateToday'))

2nd term:

variables('TargetClosingDays')

do not contain

variables('DateToday')
