Connection not found. Please create a new connection and change your application to use the new connection.

Below error shows when  tired to edit Document Automation Email Importer.

 

How to solve that?

It looks like your connection to the Outlook account is not working.

You can click on the "..." in left and create a new connection to another Outlook account.

If you don't have a D365 Outlook account, you can remove this trigger and replace it with another one supported by Power Automate.

In that case, make sure to reflect the changes in the rest on the flow as some references may be broken after that.

It looks like your connection to the Outlook account is not working.

You can click on the "..." in left and create a new connection to another Outlook account.

I started receiving the same error today. I did what was suggested, and even though I'm logged into Outlook on my connection (it says "signed in"), this error continues to show up after about 20 attempts with multiple Outlook users. We use Outlook 365.

 

Did something break on the Microsoft side that caused this today?

I have the same problem. Mail account checked - password etc. fine for account. But suddenly I can't use it in a Outlook Send mail part in Power Automate.

Has anyone found a solution?

I am facing the same problem. I can't seem to establish the connection.

Have you had any success?  I am having the same issue.

Hi, I am having this same issue trying to create a scheduled cloud flow that triggers a desktop flow. Under the Data > Connections tab they say connected but upon editing the scheduled cloud flow i receive this error.

Has anyone had any success successfully establishing a connection? I am definitely using the correct domain, username and password. Not sure if case sensitive but i have also exhausted those options. Thank you.

 

Same issue trying to trigger a desktop flow.

Same issue for me. I can't seem to create a connection to Microsoft To-Do connector even though I should have all Office 365 licensing needed. Why can't I use this connector?

 

It shows up in my Connections list:

However, when creating a new Flow using it, I get errors:

This is not working for me. I keep getting "Invalid Connection" listed next to my connection for Microsoft To-Do. No matter what I do, it won't let me use this connector.

I have the exact same issue today for an unattended desktop flow that has been working fine the past two months. Has anyone figured it out?

Facing same issue

I fixed this earlier today. Just prior to this error there was an update I had to install to PAD, which failed on install. As a result I couldn't view machine settings, or add a new desktop connection with valid credentials. I assume now that this was the issue. 

 

I re-downloaded the update today and installed successfully (Settings > Check for Updates). After this I'm able to view machine settings, and also created a new desktop connection to replace the my old one that was not working. Works as normal again.

Can you please explain where you find settings and what did you update? Thanks alot

Summer of Solutions | Week 4 Results | Winners will be posted on July 24th

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge!    This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks.  The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.    Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”)   - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024   Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.  You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately.   How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.
