Convert text to excel so I can attach the file to an email

I have been trying to attach a csv file in my sharepoint to an email. When I do, the file is sent like a txt file. I've tried converting the txt to an excel using these steps: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Txt-file-to-Excel-table/m-p/475595#M57939 but i'm stuck on the second to last step of splitting the items. I keep getting the below error message

Any advice on how to fix the error or prevent my csv file from turning into a txt file when 'getting file content'?

The problem I can see is that your Compose 2 looks like an array are you passing the file content directly to the compose action before the split one?

I should probably give more context to what i'm trying to do. I receive an email with a zip file. Inside the zip file is another folder which contains several csv files. I want to extract a specific csv file and email it to someone. I've been able to go through the steps all the way through extracting the csv file but can't get to the end. Here is a screenshot of my full flow:

I successfully, got the file content but when i attached it to my email, it showed up as what looked like a txt file. I need it to be an excel or csv or xml attachment for it to work. The last step with the split function was my way to try and convert the array to a csv or xlsx. If you know how to just attach the file once I extract it from the zip file, then that would be ideal.

I figured out why it wasn't working. The name of my email attachment was looking at the original email subject line and not the file metadata which caused the file to show up as a txt instead of csv. Once i switched that to the file metdata Name, it worked properly. Now i'm trying to figure out how to change the file name before it's attached to the email so I can distinguish between my files.
