Copying File from one SP to another, How to Rename the file to a standard file name

Hi,

This is my flow - 

I want to rename the file I am copying to "Previous_Week.xlsx". How can I rename it to a file name I choose?

Ie the file name im copying is something like "Weekly_Report_2024-03-11.xlsx". I want to copy it as "Previous_Week.xlsx".

Please do not recommend create file action. I've had issues when trying to recreate my original file getting error "This workbook couldn't be opened because the file format may not be matching with the file extension."

Don’t be so quick to deny the 'create file' action. According to my observation, the easiest way is to use create file.

I also did a test and there was no problem when the created file was opened.

@v-yetonggu-msft  using your above flow getting error - A file with the name /For_Previous_Week/Report_previous_week.xlsx already exists.

I need to overwrite this somehow.

Hi @wonka1234 ,

Before creating the file, we first determine whether the 'Previous_Week.xlsx' file exists in the destination folder.

Please use the 'Filter array' Action to filter out the records whose file name is equal to 'Previous_Week.xlsx' in the destination folder.

If the length of body('Filter_array') is greater than 0, it proves that the file already exists, delete the file in the folder, and re-create a new file.

If the length of body('Filter_array') is less than or equal to 0, it proves that the file does not exist and can be created directly in the folder.

Please add a few actions to the previous flow.
