Create a summary report of Planner Tasks by specific Buckets

I am trying to create an email report to send to my supervisor twice a week showing the status of the tasks that are assigned. I initially tried to use a template "Create a daily summary of Planner Tasks by Bucket",  but there are several Buckets that are not necessary for my supervisor to see. I have 11 Buckets that are used by my team but only want to show 4 or 5 in my report. I would also like to not show the completed tasks in my report.

How can I send information from specific Buckets? Title, assigned to, status of tasks, start date and due date would be the most important information, but if this can't be done, I can live with it.

Hi!

In order to remove the Completed tasks, adding a 'Filter Array' is one possible approaches, then assign 'Filter array' output as 'Iterate through tasks' input

Now, in order to remove some buckets from the result, my suggestion is to execute the flow for all buckets, then inspect output of 'List buckets'...

...then Initialize a variable, lest's call it myBuckets, and assign as its value the buckets you need. In my example I just need two of them, so this is the value I will assign to myBuckets:

Then remember to assign this variable as input to 'Iterate through bucket'

You could use conditions to exclude some buckets and completed tasks.

Then, if you won't get assigned to, please check the following method.

Initialize a string variable and append the display name of assigned to user to this string variable.

We need to empty the string variable when the value of the string variable has been to append to the array variable.
