Create an Outlook event in a shared calendar

I have a Sharepoint List for event bookings. I want to create a flow so that when Booking Status changes from Inquiry to Tentative, an outlook calendar event is created. The flow I've created says "succeeded" but no calendar event is appearing. 

I'm also planning to run a similar flow when the Booking Status changes to Definite, using "Update Calendar Event" and when the Status changes to Cancelled using "Delete calendar event".

facing same issue.. flow is not creating calendar event.

In my case, I have 2 flows and trigger is when an item is created in SharePoint

1. Flow1 : when an item is created, send outlook email and working fine. I am receiving the mailer.
2. Flow2: when an item is created, create an event. But its not creating calendar event. Taking Start time and End time from SharePoint created item,

Is there a way to resolve this ?

Hi @JamieH,

First issue is your condition, "status" is a string the way you have it set up and not a reference to the status in the SharePoint list. That might solve all your issues.

Using the "parseDateTime" function should format the date accordingly. I hope this helps.

Your variable can be inserted into the expression from the "Dynamic content" tab

Thanks, and I've been wondering if the condition section is the problem. However, I'm new to this and I don't think I understand your solution: ""status" is a string the way you have it set up and not a reference to the status in the SharePoint list". How would I reference the status in the SharePoint list?

The flow was not running due to some other reasons but its resolved now.

Looking at the image I just shared, the drop down (with the "dynamic content" tab selected) has variables from previous actions and that is the easiest way... In your context status should appear in the drop down
