I have a query related to the integration of SharePoint, Power Automate, and the Planner app.
Within SharePoint, I maintain a list named "Items to be Tested," which contains various fields, including the sample name and four date columns (T0, T12 months, T24 months, and T36 months), along with additional metadata.
I've designed a Power Automate flow where users input the T0 date (today's date), and the flow automatically calculates and populates the remaining date columns. For instance, T12 is set to today + 12 months, T24 is set to today + 24 months, and T36 is set to today + 36 months.
These date points represent deadlines, typically within a ±14 day window, for conducting tests. To manage this, I've implemented a scheduled cloud flow that runs daily to check if any tests are due. For example, if T0 was set to 2022-10-18, then T12 would be 2023-10-18. If today's date is 2023-10-04, a task is created in Planner because T12 is within 14 days of today.
After the test is completed, we remove the date entry from the corresponding timepoint in the SharePoint list to track completed tests effectively.
Now, my objective is to enhance the information associated with the Planner task. Specifically, I'd like the title of each task to include both the sample name and the relevant timepoint, similar to the example I provided where the title would be "Sample Name + T12." And when it is timepoint T24 it is sample name + T24 and the same fot T36.
How can I achieve this?

If I understand you correctly, you want to update the Title multiple times correct? So you would create it, then on a daily basis you might update it?
If I am correct, then you need to add a column in your SharePoint, that captures the TaskID
Then on a daily basis, decide if something changed, if so, then use Update a Task (Planner Action) to update the Title.
Also if you wanted to update the Description, You would have to use the separate action Update task details.
Or to do both at once, use the HTTP connector and call the Graph API.. but why put yourself through it.

I was also thinking about using the If function, but I couldn't write it correctly because I didn't know about the equals formula. I typed it like I would do in excel if( data = ..., "X", "Y"). And that didn't work.
