Email notification based sharepoint list status

I have been struggling with this for over a week now.

I need to create an email notification to users based on the status of their project. If the project is 'In Progress' for example, I want to send them a monthly reminder telling them that.

The data is stored on SharePoint. So far I have tried to get this done using 'Recurrence' , 'Get Items' and 'send email'. I just can't get the specifics right.

Your help would be appreciated.

Thank you

SSo basically you will have a flow that is recurrence as you said and it runs once per month, Get Items and use the Filter Query to retrieve only users whose project status = inprogress

ProjectStatus eq In Progress.

The apply for each action on the Get Items to send email, if the user is a people data type in sharepoint then u will use the property useremail in case your column is user.

@User1vanessa

Can you elaborate more on the structure of the sharepoint lists and how they are related to users?

Of course! @Mira_Ghaly

It's made up of 6 columns and I believe 81 rows.

One column contains the names of the users, which I'll have to figure out how to generate email addresses out of (at some point).

Another column has the status of their project.

There's a column with a 'due date'.

And there is a column with the title of the project.

So my intent is to email "Joe" once a month to remind him that his project is incomplete.

There's a space in the colum name, do you know how to handle that?

I got an error message.

@User1vanessa

Please replace the space by _00X20_

I have similar issue can you please help.

I have a SharePoint list where the requestor requests an item. In addition, I have set up an approval process that sequentially gets approved by the supervisor and purchase card holder.

I need to set up an auto reminder to the requestor once the purchasing cardholder approves the request to go into the list item and update a column (received item requested) which is yes/no. And once the requestor updates the column (received item requested), the reminder can stop. I want the reminder to start and run every two weeks from the creation date.

I have a status column that says approved once the purchasing cardholder approves it.

Can someone please help me with this flow? Thank you.

I was able to run the flow but how do i stop it.  it keep sending me the email.
