Email notification not working when a client fills in a form

Hi.

I have a 'Form for Excel' on a sharepoint library that is linked to a form that is sent to new clients to fill in their details and in the flow an email notification is to be sent to some internal users. 

The email is not coming through, could the problem be on this sharepoint library as it is restricted to only some internal users?

Does the apply to each not need to be in there as more than one person needs to be sent the email?

You can add multiple persons in the „To“ field. As I understood your usecase right that is enough and no need of apply to each. Are the mails coming from the Forms or are you defining then ?

I am a bit confused, how does the flow integrate the Form of which its location is by default is in my OneDrive to a 'Forms for Excel' sheet in a Sharepoint library, when there is responses it gets copied into the excel sheet in the library then send an email from flow? In the flow do I have to add a sharepoint action with the exact library? Thanks

What exactly do you mean with - "Forms for Excel" in a SharePoint library - ?

If you want to share data from your OneDrive you have to share it with the external users, or use the action "Grant access to an item or a folder" to share data. 

It will send a link to the external user.

Let me try explain to you what I want to do clearly with the screenshots attached. 

I have a sharepoint library which I have created a 'Forms for Excel' that is stored here. (1st screenshot)

This 'Form for Excel' has the same columns/fields as a Form I will create which records in real time everytime a client (external) user submits the form 

Now the form with the same fields shared to external clients once off to fill in their details 

So the flow must integrate all the above so when a client fills in the form sent to him , it sends an email automatically to certain people as well as recording the fields in that 'form for excel'. I hope I am clear on this, appreciate your help, thank you.
