I am looking to take an image from a SharePoint image library and embed that into an email. This image is also in my Asset Inventory SharePoint list in addition to a column in that list with the text of the image's direct link/path. My Flow looks for specific attributes to determine what to do with a checked out item (laptop, hotspot, projector, etc.) that is due for return today, tomorrow, or is overdue and send an email to the assigned user. I'd like to include the image of the asset in the body of the e-mail. I've found several posts about this, but none have worked.
Send an Email V2 is already in HTML, and I was hoping that using the IMG SRC tag and Insert Dynamic Content with the Image Direct Link value in it would work, but it didn't.
<img src="%DynamicContentImageDirectLink%">
I'd be very grateful for any assistance in pinpointing what I need to do to get this to behave. Below are screenshots of three different items, each with a unique image and therefore unique direct link/path, and my flow.

@Expiscornovus @Winlou I figured it out and wow I'm annoyed that I didn't figure this out sooner. I had to add the 365 mailbox account that sends the e-mail notification to the permissions for the SharePoint list so that it could see and pull the image into the body of the e-mail. The HTML worked perfectly after that. It worked by simply telling it to pull the image from the Image column (formatted as Picture). No need to have it look at either a text or hyperlink formatted column.
Hi @Anonymous,
Just to validate. How is your image column configured. Is it a Hyperlink or Picture data type?
If so, you should be able to use the HTML tag you posted earlier with a dynamic value in your Send an email (v2) action like below.
Below is an example of that.
1. First switch to the HTML editor by pressing the </> icon
2. Add an img html tag with a dynamic value in the src part. Below is an example. You need to change that to one of your dynamic values.
<img src="@{outputs('Get_item')?['body/Image']}" />
Hope this helps a bit.
@Expiscornovus @Winlou Thank you both for your suggestions. My Image column is formatted as a Picture so it shows in the SharePoint list. I have a column "ImageDirectLink" formatting as text and also a test column called "TestImageDirectLink" that is formatted as a hyperlink. I just used this last column with your instructions and the result was an image that couldn't be displayed in the e-mail.
Could there be a permissions setting in the photo library that needs to be adjusted? I'd almost think not since I'm testing with my user account and I have access to the photo library.
I took the path from the picture details in the library.
Which results in the URL of the item:
And just for kicks, I've tried JPG and PNG, neither of which were successful.
Any idea what I'm doing incorrectly?

That makes perfect sense. Glad you were able to figure it out.
