Error email attachments from lists

Trying to get all attachments from a list to auto email when triggered by a column change.  Getting this error..

( OpenApiOperationParameterValidationFailed. The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Send_an_email_(V2)' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid. Error details: The API operation 'SendEmailV2' is missing required property 'emailMessage/Attachments/0/Name'.)

But i have the "Name" in this append to array variable action. 3 Images of setting below.

@cliff2moore I believe the issue is with the nested Apply to Each actions you have in your flow. The logic of your flow needs to be adjusted. You might find this YT Tutorial helpful: How to Send SharePoint List Attachments 📎 via Email with Power Automate

Thanks so much for getting back to me. I have watched your video already at it turns out, wow what a mastery of the subject matter you have. I'm truly impressed.

So I have a list that is generated by a form. This lists contains the answers to the questions in the form plus a column for "Assigned To" with 3 choice options one for each employee. Once the employee marks the listed item as assigned to their name I want to automatically send the attachments of the list item to their email...

you had mentioned my for each actions... in the flow below all of the "For each" were auto generated when I made my selections within the action items... not sure how to prevent that. 

As it turns out now I am getting an automated email once I change the column Item but there no attachments...

If you have any more ideas I'd be very grateful!

Hi @cliff2moore 

It seems that you're encountering the undesired "Apply to each" loop due to the split settings in the trigger.

@cliff2moore Thank you for the compliment. Since your flow is triggered by a single item—there should only be a single item returned. Can you explain the Parse JSON action at the top of your flow? 

Can you clarify what you mean by: 

Once the employee marks the listed item as assigned to their name I want to automatically send the attachments of the list item to their email

Does the employee go to the SP item and assign it to themselves? If that is the case, you should consider a for a Selected Item item Trigger. This way the user can run an automation on a selected item and the flow could automatically fill in the Assigned To column.

Is the Assigned To column a multi-choice person column?

So, The parsejson and the top of my flow is because when I was assigning the ID from the trigger to the get attachment content i kept getting a failed run saying that the ID line in get attachment content was returning a non-integer value. so to correct that i added a compose to the tirgger then ran the parsejson on that to get and ID value that was an integer

Is the Assigned To column a multi-choice person column? Yes, the process That I am trying to create is for my employees to go to this list and mark it as the Column "Assigned to" and choose their name from the options. This way they are picking which jobs they want to work on. The reason I want to automate and email with the attachments from the list item is this. I have the form collecting the attachments and storing them in the document section of my SP site. As well I have a flow that attaches those files to the list item. But I can't figure out how to set a download link on the list. You can click the attachment links and view them in a browser window and that's fine for an image file or a pdf, but not for a large CAD file.

@cliff2moore If that's the case, I would recommend using the For a Selected Item trigger. I cover that in this section of the YT Tutorial. This way instead of having the user click on the item and select themselves in the Assigned To column, the could trigger the flow from the item itself. You could name it whatever you want to name it. 

I need a bit more clarity on what you mean by I can't figure out how to set a download link on the list...? If you want to attach files to the email, the tutorial covers how to collect the attachments and attach them to an email. Let me know which part of the tutorial you are stuck on.
