Error in Flow when updating Excel table

Hi,

I have 2 SharePoint sites (SiteA and SiteB) In siteA I have an excel file called LocationA, when this file is edited (rows added, rows edited or rows deleted) I want to reflect these changes in another excel file called LocationB which is stored in SiteB.

Heres the Error

This is my current flow, it's currently failing and as I'm relatively new to Power Automate I'm not entirely sure why.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, exactly. When updates are made to the excel file in Site A I'd like these changes to be reflected in the excel file in SiteB.

I have made a different flow since posting this question as a work around. When the excel file in Site A is modified it just deletes the data from the excel file in Site B and imports the data from SiteA. 

This workaround solution works but I'd prefer to be editing/updating rather than deleting and pasting.

I'm going to try your solution now to see if it works.

@v-qiaqi-msft Just following on from your solution. It looks like you used the same sharepoint site throughout your flow, would you mind telling me where I should insert the link to SiteA & SiteB.

I currently have the below actions relating to SiteA (The rest are for SiteB):

- When a file is created or modified in a folder

- Get file metadata

- Get file properties.

Sorry for the mistake, it should be two different sites instead of two libraries within the same site.😂

Well, you should tell me if these two sites exist in the same tenant or different tenant, which is different.

Actually, you have an easier method to sync these two files between two different sites.

You have two sites, site A and site B. There is a folder named folder A in site B. You can add "Link to a document" content type in site B first. Then copy the link of folder A, click New>Link to a document in site B, enter the name folder B(you can enter folder A as well), past the link and click OK to save. After that, folder A is linked to folder B, you can access the files in folder A through clicking folder B.

Here are the detailed steps:

1.Navigate to the Document library in site B, click Library settings>Advanced settings.

2.Select Yes for "Allow management of content types?" option.>click OK.

3. Click "Add from existing site content types" under Content Types.

4.Select the All Groups>Link to a document>Add>OK.

Ideally I'd like to go ahead with your initial solution. The sites are in the same tenancy so if you could give me some direction as to where the links for Site A go and Site B go in the flow it would be great!!

Also, thanks for the second solution but I'd rather not link the 2 as different User Permissions will be applied to both Sites.
