Errors & Duplicate emails

**Update**

I have two Flow's need some assistance with both.

Flow one kicks off when a file is created in a document library. 

Problem is I am getting 6 emails when it kicks off this is due to the apply to each, I would like to know how I remedy this.

The reason for the apply to each is because I need to get the email field from the list created to send the email.

**Update I fixed this i changed the expression and it now works**

Flow Two Is meant to copy items from List One to List Two when an item is created in list one.

Problem here is I get an error as seen below.

Pls modify the expression for checking the length of 'Get items' output:

length(outputs('Get_items')?['body/value'])

Apologies for not reading out the first issue. Are you looking for sending a single email and those emails are coming from Quotes list which has multiple rows for customers? Pls clarify so that I can help you in solving that issue.

Good Morning 

Process once an item is captured it captures to a Master List and from there, I copy to the Quote list.

However, there is a document generated based on certain captured items this document is generated in a DL called Generated quotes.

The challenge is that I need the email captured in master list to be able to send the email to the correct person. I am referencing it by doing a Get Items from the Master List.

Problem is if there is more than one generated quote document in the library flow kicks of emails for all the documents.

I just want a email generated for the latest item created and sent to the email captured in the master list.

Very Good morning to you!

As per my understanding you are fetching email addresses from the master list using 'Get items' action and master list contains more than one record for a file, so multiple emails are sent. To avoid that and fetch only the latest contact email address from Master list, pls modify the 'Get items' as mentioned below:

1. In 'Order By' parameter, add 'Created desc' which will sort the result by latest to old

2. In 'Top Count' parameter, add '1' so that only one record will be returned as output.

This way, we will be able to fetch only the single latest record from Master list.
