Extract A column from excel sheet with date that is overdue

Hi I am lookingto create a flow, where I have an excel sheet and from there I just want to use the one column which has a expiry date and if the expiry date is more than todays date, I want it to send me an email stating the name column and the date it expired. Also I need it to check this everyday and also send email which is already expired date.

Hello,

Here is what you would do.

Note: You need to make sure the Excel has a Table wrapping the data.. if its not already there, then you need to use Create Table in the flow to make it work.

1. Create a Recurring Flow, so that you can set it to run every day

2. If your Excel Worksheet Data has no table, use Create Table (Excel action) to create it

3. Next, use a List rows from a Table (Excel action)

--we can discuss adding a filter to only list the rows that meet your criteria, but for now just list them all

4. Use an Apply to Each Loop (action) and the Input to this is the Dynamic Value property of Step 3

5. Use a Condition (action)

--Here you would put your Condition check that the Expiry Date Row > utcNow()

6a. If YES then doing the following

-Add a Send Email V2 (Outlook action)

---Populate the Email To

---Create the body

-----In the body include the Dynamic Property which will be for the Name Column and the Expiry Date from Step 4, which is listing all the rows

6b. if NO the row is NOT expired then do nothing and let the loop keeping going
