' File not Found' when copying contents from one document library to another even though contents are copied

I have a flow that gets files (properties only) and copies everything from one document library to another site's document library. Even though the flow is showing 'File not found

I still see all data copied up to date. See screenshot

It looks like you are not actually selecting a file to copy, but just referencing a folder:

I see that your action is positioned inside a loop, so you probably referenced the incorrect property as folder rather than as a file. If you are looping the outputs from "Get files (properties only)", you can just use the "File name with extension" dynamic content in the "File to copy" input:

I have done the changes as you have indicated but now its popping up another error. See attached. 

Note: I have it to 'get files' for the whole library - to be copied/synced to another library (the expired folder is one of 3 folders that have files in them with metadata). Now nothing gets copied. Any other suggestions?

Sorry for the late response and thank you for sharing the images. As you are returning nested items, your "Get files" is also returning some folders, like the "Expired" folder. However, the "Copy file" action does not accept folders as input, only files (and based on your description, you need only the files and not the folders, right?)

To get only the files from "Get files", you will need to add a "Filter array" action, passing the "value" property from "Get files" as "From", and set the dynamic content from the property "IsFolder" (highlighted in yellow) to be filtered as false (highlighted in green): 

As a result, your "Filter array" will eliminate all folders, and you can use its "Body" property as input to your "Apply to each":

hello, basically I want to copy all files and folders the whole structure with all metadata from one document library to another document library.

Hi @laz8592 ,

In this case, you can ignore the "Filter array" step, and just allocate a condition inside your "Apply to each" loop to test if the current iteration is a file or a folder. Depending on the result, you work with a "Copy file" or "Copy folder" action:

You need to work with this condition because Power Automate uses different actions for copying files and folders, although it returns both in the "Get files" action.
