Filter Get SharePoint Items for Scheduled Flow

I want to start by emphasizing how little I know, and that I did try to search for a tutorial for the newest of newbs. But I watched like 5 videos that were way beyond me, I'm throwing in the towel and just asking. I'm sorry if this is too basic but I could not find what I was looking for on my own.

I have a list on SharePoint that has items that get assigned to users with a review by date, and then ultimately they need to review the item and mark it with a completed date. 

I want to make a scheduled flow to run daily, get the items where the review date is older than today and the completed date is still blank, then email the assigned to user with a friendly reminder to update the item and either mark it up for review date or fill in the completed date.

I assume that needs to be something in the filter query of the get item in Flow, but I do not even begin to know what I have to put there. Please help ^^

Hello @NatashaRae 

You could do something like this:

 The steps are:

1) Recurrence: Each day at 0h.

2) Initialize a string variable called Today that gets the current date and time: utcNow() dynamic expression.

3) SharePoint Get Items, getting only the needed items with the following condition: ReviewDate le '@{variables('Today')}' and CompletedDate eq null where le means less or equal.

4) For each found item, send an email, using the values stored in a column called Assigned To.

I need a little help in a flow, my requirement is slightly different form this, I want to make a flow which runs at 9:30 AM, and get all the records of employees of that particular day and then make a PDF report and then sends an email to the manager.

Any help would be appreciated.
