Filter search in O365 Users - Search for Users (V2)

Hello,

I want to filter my search in O365 Users - Search for Users (V2).

Therefore my first attempt was to filter 

@And(contains(item()?['UserPrincipalName'], '@@companydomain'), and(not(contains(item()?['UserPrincipalName'], 'guest')), not(contains(item()?['UserPrincipalName'], '#EXT'))))

Unfortunately, there is an error message:

I don't know if this is only a failure in formatting.

I hope you can help me.

Hey not sure how you got it working but hoping for some assistance. I tried this and got the following error, any ideas?

@Jcook I think it was a problem formatting my filter array, so I kept trying and it worked. I completely rebuilt my flow and used check group membership in AAD.

@Kamz maybe you can replace "Job Title" by string(Job Title) (not the exact command). So it is ensured it is a string compared with a string.

ya it worked, but issue is it's showing even deprecated users 😞

Yes, that's true. I don't know if there is any possibility of filtering deprecated users. From my site I can tell you, that we cleaned our AAD to don't have an error message - else we got this message, but the flow passed through.

Hi @Kamz, the only way to exclude the deprecated users I see is using a GRAPH request with a filter:

Good call. The better way for me is to ignore the error message or delete unused profiles (or move them), but this isn't part of this topic anymore 😉

Hi There, This is because you need to specifically select the body/value in your case body/jobtitle/value then filter array will work just fine.
