Flow runs successfully but the file is not created

Hello,

I'm creating a form in power apps connected to an excel document, then I'm using a flow to create an html file and a pdf file on my one drive.

everything goes well when I'm the one submitting the form but when is another user the html and pdf files are not created. 

I´ve shared the folder where the files are created, the excel document and the flow but still no html file or pdf file.

When I open the flow to check for errors is says that the flow runs successfully and even shows the correct name on the "last modified by" field.

Does anyone have any suggestions regarding this issue?

as you can see from the pics below the excel file is always filled properly, the flow is always saying that it run successfully and the info on the flow is showing the correct name of the person filling the form (powerapps)

Hi @Mouraj,

Maybe the issue is caused by the Excel file need time to update after inserting rows, you could add a Delay action between the insert rows action and get file content action, set it 1 minute, then try it again.

The excel is the only one that works every time, the files that should be created in the pdf folder and html folder are the ones missing.

OK, it's weird, could you find them in the OneDrive for web side? Maybe it is a sync issue.

Or there is a document about find lost and missing files in onedrive, hope it could help you something:

I've searched everywhere but the files don't exist. Can anyone help me with this? I need to allow others in my company to use the app or it will lose its purpose. All the documents are stored I'm my one drive and I thought that it could be a problem but the information is added instantly to the excel document stored in the same location even when it is created by othets. I've shared the app, the folder and the document with the other user but the file isn't created anywhere. Anyone have any idea how to solve this?

I´m really struggling with this one, anyone has any suggestion? as you can see from the attached pictures the flow runs normally and it says that the file s created but the folder is empty.

Hi @Mouraj 

Thanks for the screen share. Looks like the person who is running the power automate using his own credentials for one drive connection. This could be the reason you can't see the files in your personal folder. The file is created in other persons personal folder. Better try using a common folder where everyone have same level of access. Also another option to look is SharePoint connector create file option.

I follow the suggestion from "Super User III" above and changed everything to shared folders and shared the app and the flow with everyone that needs to use the app.

Hi -  Has the problem been solved and what was the solution?
I have the same issue: my Flow ran 300x successfully and all of a sudden stopped creating the HTML and the PDF file.

Hello, 

My problem was solved with the change from my personal onedrive to the company one.

I have never experienced anything similar to what you are describing.

I hope you can fix it.
