Flow should be able to take input from a CSV file

Hi, hope you are fine. I'm working on a flow in which the flow takes input from a CSV file, you can have 3 columns, Site URL, Document library name, Content type name, and View name. The CSV file has many URLs that can be sent requests to multiple sites SharePoint to create site columns, content type, etc.

The flow should be able to read the items in CSV files and go create Site columns, Site content type, add the content type to the library and create a view.

For testing purposes, the 32 columns that need to be created on the site can be named Column1, Column2, Column 3, and so on. The column type should be a combination of a single line of text, multiple lines of text, date/time, Number, and Yes/No columns.

I have a requirement where we have to create a certain set of columns, a Content type, add the columns to the content type and add the content type to the library and also create a view in the library.

It would be good we can list down all the sites, Library, content type name and email view in a CSV which can be ready by Power Automate and go create Columns, Content type, add the content type to the library and create a view.

I don't know, if this possible or not, please help and tell me where to start and ends it. Currently I'm using ' Send http request to SharePoint' and can made document library using flow but its making in a single site, I want to make it in multiple sites, that will be picked from URLs  in the CS

I want to make a power automate flow in which it takes input from a CSV file. In the file, there are 4 columns, a SharePoint Site name, a SharePoint Site link, Site Column name, Site Content name & document libraries name. All written in file, it could 1000 of entries in the file, different SharePoint Sites link, site columns, site contents. I want the flow to pick all the SharePoint sites link and make the all the site columns and and add in site content type and then add site content type to related document library name in the file related to site link. Do you understands it now?
