Flow which checks user-entries in my Sharepointlist

Hi Guys,

quick question regarding my flow.

I have a Sharepoint list where my teammates can make entries.

Now i want to send reminder-mails to these colleagues who did not make entries yet.

I though I could take a condition like.

all mail-adresses from O365-Connector - filtered by my department)

EQUAL TO

"Created by" Column in my Sharepoint list.

Unfortunatly I can't find a fitting flow... 🤐

Now on your last question

I can think of different approaches:

1.- Store the email addresses hardcoded inside the flow, as it is right now. Not recommended, since whenever you need to add/remove a contact you need to update&save your flow

2.- Store the email adresses in a text|excel file stored on your sharepoint with the emails list.

3.- Store the email addresses in a Sharepoint list.

4.- Store the email adresses as members of an Office 365 group...

5.- Store the email addresses as a Contact List in your Outlook Calendar.

Options 2-5 mean Your recurrence trigger based flow shall read contacts from text/excel file| SP list | O365 group | Outlook Calendar Contact List and build the "fullcolleaguesemailsarray". So whenever you want to remove/add a contact, you shall edit the text/excel file | SP list | O365 group | Outlook Calendar Contact List. No need to update the flow

As i recognized my first "SELECT" is not getting all Authors/eMail-Adresses from my Sharepoint-List.

So in my array some are missing, so I get a FALSE in my condition even though this colleque made an entry in my SP-list.

It seems it ends aber 100 entries in my sharepoint?

this flow is working fine!

But now I want to improve it by using O365 Groups.

I could use an O365 group now, but I still have no success updating my flow.

I think I have to work on this:

"FullColleaguesEmailsArray"

I added a new variable "VarMailmitglieder" see screenshot.

I switched everything from "FullColleguesEmailArray" to new variable.

But i get an error.

Would be very nice if you could help me here again 🙂
