Flow with Forms

Hi All,

I'm trying to intergrate flow and forms within my organisation. Here's the process which I'm trying to create.

1. Once a form gets submitted it will be sent to a user for approval

2. Once approved it will be sent to another user to perform an action

3. Once the action has been done it will then be sent back to a user to say it's done.

Any suggestions on how to best create this using forms, flow and maybe sharepoint?

Your requirements can likely be easily met using Forms and Flow.

Can you be a little more specific when you say "Once approved it will be sent to another user to perform an action"?  What action needs to be taken?  I will provie an example once I have tthat information.

The action is to update a SQL table, essentially adding a new row to a table based on the details on the approved form.

Do you have a premium Flow license or are you using the Flow license that comes with Office 365?  I ask because using the SQL connector requires a premium license.

Your Flow should look something like what I have below.  My form is for a leave request but it could be a request for anything that needs to be approved.  The SQL action is for an Insert Row.  Please note that using the SQL connector requires a premium Flow license.

My flow licence is the one that comes with office 365. Thanks for sharing this. I will most likely replace the SQL server flow with an approval flow to check if the SQL has been updated then it will be approved esentially.

I will give this a go and if I have any problems I will feedback here.
