Flow with different e-mail receivers

Hi all,

I have created a form in MS Forms, which is divided into different areas. For each area a different person is the contact person. So if a response for area A is sent in the form, person X should receive a mail with the response details. Response for area B should trigger a mail to person Y and so on.

How can I do this or what do I have to set up (add to flow "building blocks") so that this works?

@MissyDi  do you have a flow already built or looking to build the flow? If you already have the flow, you can check the flow responses in the flow and then add the condition in flow to check if response is for which area, and send the email in the yes/no blocks of condition.

@annajhaveri first of all, thank you for the quick reply.
yes i have already created a flow and specified the yes/no conditions. unfortunately for me it is the case that all colleagues of the other areas then receive an empty mail (i.e. without response details) although i have sent a response as a test for area a. and the response from area a is not sent

@MissyDi  can you share screenshot of your flow, esp. where email is sent for me to review what could be going wrong that is sending the empty email

i try to describe again in more detail what i want to achieve: my form has different areas a, b, c, d, etc. these areas are again subdivided into aa, ab, ac, ad, etc.. i have now created an extra flow (but always the same structure) for each area (a, b, c,..). by the condition it should be determined that if in the form subarea ac was selected i then receive a mail with the more detailed information. however, no mail should be sent if ac was not selected.
currently it is unfortunately so that I receive mails from other areas, but for the most part not what I have filled out as a test. it seems as if it does not read the subareas after ab.

any idea?

@MissyDi  i think the there is an issue with logic in the flow, i would recommend first to declare variables using Initialize Variable action for each areas, then check the form responses and set the variable values using Set Variable action, then add condition to check variable values and send email, also try to do step by step, for one area, add variable, check the responses and set variable value, then send email, test it. Then add logic for another area, test it and then do it accordingly for other areas, that would be easier to implement and test.
