Hello, I would like to setup a flow to save attachments from email (to a shared mailbox -Office 365 Groups) to SharePoint. Is that possible ?
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi Sneagu,
Of cource. Actually there is an existing template called "Save my email attachments to a SharePoint document library" you can use directly.
Regards,
Mona
If I am trying to get emails directly from a user account this works well. But the request was " from email (to a shared mailbox -Office 365 Groups" and I cannot find how to connect to the group mailbox. Anyone have any suggestions?
Hi Dberndt,
Shared mailboxes are unfortunately currently not supported by our O365 Outlook Connector. We are looking into adding this support, but it's currently in the planning stages, so we don't have a formal date set.
I've contacted the owner of the scenario to see if I can get more details on a timeline.
Best,
Mark
After discussion with the owner, it sounds like they should start the work within the next month or so. No official ETA, but hopefully within 2-3 months we should see something light up.
Best,
Mark
Hello Mark,
I believe I am trying to accomplish the same thing... I want to safe the email attachment coming into my Office 365 Group Email address to the same Office 365 Group Sharepoint document library.
I realize the email attachment files can be viewed from OWA within the Office 365 Group but that's still not Sharepoint.
Hi Mark,
Do you have any update? I would love to know how to apply a flow to a shared mailbox and when the o365 Outlook Connector will support it.
Joe
I'm needing to do the same thing. Use the group mailbox as a trigger for flow without having to go through my personal outlook folders. Ideally, I would be able to use email sent to a microsoft team channel to as a trigger to push content to a sharepoint list and then I could skip the group mailbox altogether.
Hi All,
Stephen Siciliano post in MSFlow blog on 05/09/2017 the support Shared Mailboxes. Today have a trigger for this
I hope I have helped.

Hello gamoraes,
This is very helpful... However unfortunately, it appears that the shared mailbox trigger does not include Office 365 Group shared mailboxes. Only supports the basic shared mailbox.
Yes. This does not help. Looking for a Trigger where it looks for a new email on Office 365 Group inbox.
Also looking for a Push notification to People in Office 365 Group.
This will help us to set monitoring and will be a very effective tool
Yes, we also need this ability for our Group Mailboxes. Is this functionality in the works??
Yes update please, it's been long enough.
I have successfully stored files on an Office 365 GRoups related sharepoint.
So, the point is how to get the trigger work when an email is sent to an office 365 group, right?
Not sure if this potential workaround will work but you can configure the office 365 group subscription to receive these emails on your corporate email account. In such a case, I guess Office 365 Outlook "When an email arrives" can be used instead. Once in you own mailbox, you can apply an Outlook Role to move them into a specific folder, so you can reduce the number of executions.
Just a suggestion, I usually access via flow Office 365 Groups related sharepoint, but haven't needed to implement the email stuff yet.
Hope this helps
I've sent mail to the product owner to ask specifically about Group Shared Mailboxes. I'll update the thread once I hear back.
Best,
Mark
Hi all,
Support for group shared mailboxes is not on the current roadmap. Feel free to create/vote on it on the Flow Ideas page:
https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas. Be sure to tag your item with "Connector" so our Connectors team sees it.
Mark
This is a big missed opportunity. Why force people to have emails sent to their personal account when most of the action of this type is with groups/teams?
Chris
+ 1, we're experiencing the same issue.
This is a MASSIVE missed opportunity. We want to use Flow so that when an email comes into an Office 365 Group a planner task is automatically created. This has come up about 7 times for our small company already so I assume many would love this type of functionality (or for some reason our company is really insightful).
