Forms to UPN and then as a Teams Message, cant get it working

Hello, iàm new to Power Automate and dont get the result i want.

On the "Nach Benutzern suchen V2" field, the input is all time wrong, it only should be a string of a name from the forms field (the forms field is a checkbox to select only 1 name).

Next step is that i want to get the UPN for the Recipient-Field, how can i put them in without a foreach loop?

After this works, i want that two buttons (Accept, Deny) shown in the message from the teams chat, with the function to send a email.

please have a look at this configuration:

There is a MS Forms with a choice (single select)

Within Power Automate, it's like your flow:

"Get response details":

You need to put in the dynamic value from your trigger to actually get the right value.

"Search for users (V2)":

Within the search term, put in the dynamic value from "Get response details" action and the question your persons name is in. Your output will always be within an array (which will occurs the "Apply to each" loop when using the dynamic content), no matter if you are specifying "Top" or not. "Top" will only limit the results, if you have 2 persons with the name "Max Mustermann", it will just pick the first one (no matter if it's the right one or not).

"Compose":

I just used a compose to show the formula to get the UPN of the user without the "Apply to each":

outputs('Search_for_users_(V2)')?['body/value'][0]?['UserPrincipalName']

The trick is, we need to give the actual item within the array we want to use: "[0]". Just put in this formula within your MS Teams action and it shouldn't add a "Apply to each" around your action.
