Hi Folks,
I'm trying to forward a meeting invite using power automate. I'm utilizing the graph API forward event for the same. Also, for testing purpose, I'm using a trial office 365 E3 tenant.
The flows works fine without any issues, but the forward action is not working. I receive an NDR mentioning that the email failed to deliver. So, the event was not forwarded. If I manually try to forward the event from outlook in web, it works fine. But in power automate it does not successfully forward the invite.
I have to test and make sure this can be done via power automate first before I can move it to production. My flow http action is as below:
Could anyone please help me solve this issue?

Employee_ID is simply the email ID of the user to whom I would like to forward the meeting.
Can you forward a meeting invitation to this email ID using Outlook?

I have already mentioned this in my original post. if I manually try to forward the same meeting via outlook it works fine. If I use power automate it throws NDR. I replicated this issue in 2 different trial tenants.
Could you show the full text of NDR?
Also did you try to execute this GRAPH request in the Graph Explorer?

I have already tried this. It's useful when you have trouble manually sending/forwarding emails, but will not solve the issue with Graph or Power Automate.

Can you open the Sent Items of your Outlook and compare two meeting requests - one forwarded manually in Outlook and other one forwarded by your flow? Do you see any differences?

I do not see any difference in the mails. I wonder if any one was able to make this work using a trial tenant. When I reached out to MS support (via trial tenant 🙂 ), they informed that this will work in a purchased tenant/subscription and if not let them know.

1) can forward using Outlook
2) cannot forward using MS GRAPH

I just tested this scenario. I'm able to forward meeting via outlook without any issue. If I use graph to forward the same meeting, the query/flow runs successfully, but the email delivery fails as before, with a new but similar NDR.
Are you sure you use the same sender in both cases?
Could you show all message headers for "good" and "bad" messages?

Victorlvanidze - This issue is super easy to reproduce. It would be helpful if you tested this yourself and you will find that you get the same NDR. I think the key here is you need to be using your own domain, other then onmicrosoft.com.
