▲Get Items - No List Name

I am extremely new to Power Automate and Flows with the exception of templates.

Scenario:

We use sharepoint to distribute software to our dealers. We have roughly 50 dealers, all with their own folder. 

Goal:

We would like to purge all files (older than 90 days) from each dealers folder, without deleting the dealer folder. I am assuming I will have to make a flow for each dealer folder, unless there is another way to do it. If we could purge all files (older than 90 days) with .zip extensions, that would be perfect.

Issues:

I have started a new Scheduled flow and I am able to select the Site Address. However, I am NOT seeing anything under List Name and it is a required field. What are some possible reasons why nothing would be listed in this field? 

Will I need to create a flow for each dealer folder or is there a more efficient way to do it?

Get Items is for Lists, but if you are trying to delete files then you are working with a Library.  That's why you aren't seeing anything in the Listnames.  The action you want is Get Files (properties only)

Perfect! Thank you. I am now seeing the folders I want to work with. In order to delete all files older than a specified amount of days, will I need a flow for each individual folder or can I specify all files with a specified extension?

You should be able to do the get files for all the folders in a library.  Make sure Include nested items is set to true.

How can I delete .zip folders? My goal is to purge .zip folders out every 90 days. Any help would be appreciated. I am stuck and don't know what to use for the filter query.

.zip archives are files, not folders.  So once you find them you can delete them using the Delete File action.

How do I find them? Is there someone that I could reach out to that's willing to do a teams meeting and help walk me through it? I am completely new at this.

Use a conditional statement and check for whether the filename ends with ".zip".

So if I select "If Yes" + Delete file is that the end or is there anything else that needs to be done?

I would try that and see if it works.  I've had some issues in the past when trying to delete things in an Apply to each loop when the loop is based on a collection of those things.  The way to get around that is to replace the delete file action with an append to array and append the file identifier of the file to the array.  Then run an apply to each on the array and delete the file for each file identifier.
