Please share the screenshot so we could better understand.
And Please make sure to create the flow same as mine, I'm afraid that you don't create the correct flow...just forgot your flow and copy mine, check the difference between your flow and my screenshot.
Make sure the Start and wait for an approval action in outside the Apply to each.

The result is visible now, but when running I get the following error ( I cannot insert images into the conversation unfortunately)
"The request failed. Error code: 'InvalidRequestContent'. Error Message: 'The request content was invalid and could not be deserialized: 'Cannot deserialize the current JSON array (e.g. [1,2,3]) into type 'Microsoft.Azure.ProcessSimple.Data.Entities.ApprovalsConnectorAttachment' because the type requires a JSON object (e.g. {"name":"value"}) to deserialize correctly.
To fix this error either change the JSON to a JSON object (e.g. {"name":"value"}) or change the deserialized type to an array or a type that implements a collection interface (e.g. ICollection, IList) like List<T> that can be deserialized from a JSON array. JsonArrayAttribute can also be added to the type to force it to deserialize from a JSON array.

Hello! Thank you for this and it worked for me. However, the file became corrupted upon opening it on the email sent by the flow. Also, if the attachment is an excel file, I can open it but it will display random letters on a single cell. What seems to be the problem? here's my flow btw:

I'm creating a flow that the only difference is that at the end of the process it sends an e-mail with all attachments.
It is already sending the e-mail however, the file is always corrupted.

The instruction
body('Get_attachment_content')?['$content']it's not correct, because sometimes the attached file can be a plain text file.
On this cases,, $content doesn't exists.
Property body becomes a string variable with the content of the file
(on this example, your variable 'Get_attachment_content' it's named 'Continguts' on mine example)
It's mandatory to put a IF instruction to review if body property it's a string
or a array

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Users must provide a solution which can be an “Accepted Solution” in the Forums in all of the communities and there are no limits to the number of “Accepted Solutions” that a member can provide for entries in this challenge, but each entry must be substantially unique and different.
