Get list of "users" data is empty on the SharePoint document library

Dear Power Automate experts, we have SharePoint document library which consist of people picker columns. Some of the users left company and those fields are showing as empty. Now we need to get data of the columns which are empty on SP document library. An email notification need to send with list of columns which are empty on the SP library. For example, we have 100 items on SP document library, out of that few People pickers columns are empty. We need to get all those empty value and list it then send email notification with list of empty columns data. Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

Please follow the below steps:

Below 'Manager' is the people picker column. Then inside the loop compose expression is:

item()?['Title']

It should be

Thanks again. Its working now. But I am getting data of Folders also. Means files are located inside folders. We need get data of files and folders need to exclude. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

There is a property called IsFolder there? Extend your condition to check IsFolder is false.

Yes, I did and its working. Thank you so much. But, we are getting multiple emails because of multiple items have null value. So we need all results(all null values items) in one email body. Is it can be achieve it? If yes, please guide us.

ok thanks. Declare a variable string outside the loop. Then inside the loop use append string action step to append the values In your case map the compose action step under the append string action step. Also do another append string with a new line. Otherwise all of your titles will be in one line without any spaces. Finally move the Send email action step from Apply to each loop and map the new variable which contains all the title values you appended.
