HELP - Creating a flow to transfer sharepoint list item to another list when a column is modified to yes

I am trying to create a flow where if a user in list A changes the "Remove from Log" column to "Yes" on a particular row, power automate gets initiated to transfer that row to list B and deletes the row from list A. Please help me with creating this flow, still relatively new to power automate and unsure how to do this.

@Madi916 first of all you need to turn on list item versioning in your SharePoint list because this solution is comparing the current version to the previous one.

Your trigger needs to be the SharePoint "when an item or a file is modified". Your first action should be "get changes for an item or a file (properties only)". In the Id field select ID from the when an item or a file is modified section of the dynamic content box. In the since field you need to add the following expression:

sub(int(triggerOutputs()?['body/{VersionNumber}']),1)

Next you need to add a condition to check if the specific column you are interested in has changed (i.e the "Remove from log" column, and add another row to the condition to check if that column is now equal to Yes.

In the green if yes channel add a create item action for the new list, then add a delete item action for the item in the current list. The red if no channel can be left empty.

An example of a flow using this trigger, the first action and the condition is shown below:

Thank you very much for this response. A couple of questions here, so under the yes condition of the flow am I updating the item in List A or List B? Also how do I initiate the deletion of the row in list A, and the transfer into list B?

Has your problem been solved?

If you want to copy the item in ListA to ListB and delete the item in ListA when the item meets the conditions, you can continue the flow provided by @RobElliott , change the Update item action to Create item action to add this item in ListB, Then add Delete item to delete this item from listA.

When the item's "Remove from Log" column is changed to "Yes".

The item will be created in ListB and delete it from listA.
