Help send massive emails with attached file for each recipient

Hi group.

I have a flow to send different emails to different people based on the personnel information in Excel table. The excel table has the following fields:

recipient's name, recipient's email, message text, path of the attached file for the recipient.

The flow is

Rafa_Gr_1-1666178487021.png

The problem is about get the path of the attachment file on OneDrive. I have to copy the link to the userlist file (excel file) one by one. It's fine to send few emails but if I have to send, for example, 200, I would have to copy the 200 links one by one from OneDrive

How could I modify the flow so that both the excel file with the data of the recipients and the attached files of each recipient were in a folder on a drive of the computer, instead of being in OneDrive. In this way I could create the path to the attached files by referring to the path of the folder that contains them.

Something like that

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Rafa_Gr ,

Please try to use action 'list files in folder' and it will return the 'path' parameter.

vxiaochenmsft_1-1666576083429.png

slice(items('Apply_to_each')?['Path'],add(indexOf(items('Apply_to_each')?['Path'],'root:'),5))

Hi @Rafa_Gr ,

Assuming that you want to save all users' files in your computer drive, please try the connector 'File system'.

vxiaochenmsft_0-1666320446387.png

The connector will get files and file contents from your local drive.

The prerequisite is to install a gateway.

Hope it makes sense.

Best Regards,

Wearsky

Thanks for your answer and for your time. Solve my question, but form your answer "Assuming that you want to save all users' files in your computer drive", I wonder if  there is any way to get the links of the attached files in OneDrive without having to copy them one by one and add the path in the userlist file.

Hi Wearsky.

I really appreciate your time and your help. I've tried to replicate your solution, but there are differences between what you indicate in your action "Add a row into a table" and what appears to me.

Rafa_C_1-1666723627267.png

As you can see, the "path" field doesn't appear in my action.

In addition, in your action I do not see where to indicate the email data of the recipients, their names or the text of the message.

Thanks for help

Regards
